Based on the patients anatomy and desired outcome, a personalized treatment plan is created. Dr. Pollack inserts either saline or silicone gel breast implants through incisions made in the breast crease or along the bottom of the areola (nipple). The implants are typically placed beneath the pectoralis (chest wall) in order to provide more natural-looking results.
