Botox San Diego

Botox is otherwise known as botulinum type A, a purified protein administered through a non-surgical procedure.  When properly administered by a trained physician, the very low doses of Botox that are injected will cause stubborn frown lines to nearly disappear. Dr. Pollack can administer this injection from either of our San Diego locations. 

Botox is injected into the small muscles of the face and blocks the chemical pathways that cause those muscles to work, essentially paralyzing them, resulting in muscle relaxation. Lines on the forehead, frown lines, and crow's feet can all be treated safely and effectively.
